Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Aussie Pathways as your immigration partner. We strive to provide excellent services and ensure your satisfaction throughout the immigration process. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be applicable.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only after full payments have been made for our services. Partial payments or deposits are non-refundable.

Registration Fees: Our Registration fees are completely refundable.

Refundable Fees: Our consultation fees are refundable if a refund request is made within 30 days from the date of payment and before any immigration applications have been submitted on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Expenses: Please note that expenses incurred during the immigration process, including fees paid to Migration Agents Registration Authority ( MARA ) agent(s), and any fees which are already paid to third-party agencies who assist us in the immigration process. These expenses are separate from our consultation fees and are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds in Case of Denial: Clients may be eligible for a refund if their PR or visa application is denied. However, if the denial is due to insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the client, the client will not be eligible for a refund.

Ineligibility for Refund: Clients will not be eligible for a refund if:
a. PR is denied due to inaccurate information given at the time of submitting Expression of interest (EOI), insufficient funds, failure to attend an interview, inability to clear the medical examination, failure to provide a police verification certificate, prior violation of immigration laws, late submission of additional requested documents by immigration authorities, failure to meet the required score in English language tests, or failure to communicate with Aussie Pathways in a timely manner.
b. Clients fail to follow the advice given by our consultants, resulting in the rejection of their PR application.
c. PR is denied due to the client's ignorance or non-compliance with the immigration requirements.

Refund Claim Process: Clients who are eligible for a refund must submit a claim along with all necessary supporting documents within 30 days of the PR denial. The refund claim will be processed within 30 days of receiving all required documents.

Termination of Services: Aussie Pathways reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to submit all necessary documents or do not respond to communication attempts for a prolonged period (more than 7 days) without prior notice, or engage in ill-treatment towards our team.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for informing us of any changes in their housing/mailing address, educational/specialized credentials, marital status, employment or company changes, birth of children, or any police/unlawful cases during the immigration process. Failure to communicate such changes may result in a denial of PR and render the client ineligible for a refund.

Processing Time: If a refund request falls under the acceptable terms and conditions, it will take approximately 30 days to process the refund request.
